FAQ's

We design, manufacture and ship our products all over the world. Unless special request is communicated, we use stanadard high quality DX51D STEEL (EN 10346) galvanized sheet. We use heat and moisture resistant electrostatic powder paint for the outer and inner surfaces of our products.

ARTRIMO wall decoration products are delivered to you ready to hang and do not require any assembly. You can easily hang it on your wall with a single nail. ARTRIMO sculptures will be delivered 100% assembled by our team members.  If you want to learn more, Check out How to Hang Page. 

After your order is prepared and delivered to the cargo, we will send an e-mail containing the cargo tracking number to the e-mail address you used during the order. You can track your order on the website of the relevant shipping company. For detailed information, Check out Track Your Order Page.

We produce our models for you in the colors you want or in specially coated stainless metals. If you want us to design a new model for you, you can contact us in the Custom Design Page. If you want to see the color options in our catalogue, Check out Color Page. If you want a color that is not in our catalogue, just tell us the international RAL code. We can produce in any RAL code you want.

Our products are painted with electrostatic powder paint in a 250 degree oven resistant to heat and humidity. Our products are resistant to heat, moisture and corrosion. You can use our sculptures, which we produce with 3D Metal Arts, indoors and outdoors for many years. Artrimo recommends using the products indoors.

As Artrimo, We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you change your mind and if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Production Model (In-Stock) orders may be cancelled at any time. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.

ARTRIMO custom orders can be cancelled and refunded only if your product has not been put into production. The cancellation fee is 10% for Europe customers and 15% for non-Europe customers

Custom Design, is the special design of a product according to the needs and wishes of the customer. This design process begins with the client identifying details such as the shape, size, colors, materials and functions of the product.

Specially designed products are usually produced in limited numbers or in one piece rather than mass production. That's why designer products often offer a high-quality, unique and personalized experience.

Specially designed products are often made to meet customers' specific needs. This allows the customer to take advantage of products designed for a specific purpose or requirement. For example, a specially designed sculpture can be shaped according to the client's lifestyle and needs.

We present our 3d drawings, which we have designed by combining our experience and experience that we have gained for many years in the sector, with the spirit of modern art, as new generation metal sculpture and decoration products with high technology and handcraft. In addition, the Artrimo team provides personalized design services, color can be personalized as desired, and we ship our products all over the world. When you shop at ARTRIMO stores, your orders are sent to the address you purchased with our contracted cargo companies. Shipping is free up to 5 Volumetric Weights. Different shipping charges are defined according to the volumetric weight of the products you add to the cart. Shipping prices vary based on your shipping address and size of the project. You can see this amount in the cart before your order. You can contact us for fast shipping option.

It depends on where you are and which product you have bought. Transit time is an additional 2-7 week, but occasionally it can be a little bit longer due to busy nature of shipping companies. High sales volume may briefly slow down delivery by a few days and for this we apologize! We send out sculpture in the order they are received and if there's ever a short delay in delivering your product, we'll reach out and let you know in advance. Shipping huge sculptures is not as easy as it may seem. (Standart Shipping; Order estimated delivery:14-50 days and Express Shipping; Order estimated delivery between:10-30 days). 

Your special orders, are processed in order of order.  Pre-project design is made by our expert professional team and the pre-project design is submitted for your approval. If revision is requested in the pre-project, you have the right to revise the project. Then we work to sensitize the selected design until you are satisfied with the final product. We make the changes you requested on the project and present it to your liking again. After the final approval, we start production. We share designs and concepts instantly in the design process. We know that it is better to receive feedback and early changes in the process when important work is completed. We stay in contact with you at every stage of the design process.

The exact approval date of the order starts from the date of pre-payment, provided that both parties have reached a mutual agreement. We typically complete the production of custom design orders within six weeks from the exact approval date. After six weeks, we deliver the products to the relevant cargo companies for shipment to you. Delivery times depend mainly on the sales volume. The average delivery time for your custom sculpture order to be delivered to you may vary depending on the express or standard shipping option you have chosen and the country you are located in. If you want to learn more, Check out Custom Design page.

Failure to pay the remaining balance of your custom sculpture within 15 days of notification of production completion will result in your product being confiscated and all payments made for your project lost.
