We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. Shipping / Transit Time Internationally
We have worldwide DHL, UPS, TNT and Fedex shipping available. Delivery time; It depends on where you are and what product you buy. We send out sculpture in the order they are received and if there's ever a short delay in delivering your product, we'll reach out and let you know in advance. Dispatch Time

P.O. Box Shipping
ARTRIMO will ship not to P.O. box addresses using postal services. We are unable to offer couriers services to some locations.
Items Out Of Stock
If an item is out of stock, we will wait for the item to be available before dispatching your order. Existing items in the order will be reserved while we await this item.
Delivery Time Exceeded
If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.
Sales Tax - Import Duties – Taxes
Sales Tax (VAT) has not been applied to the price of its goods as shown on the website. Import taxes, sales taxes (VAT), customs dutiesduties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in destination country. This varies by country, and ARTRIMO encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us. If you refuse to to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to ARTRIMO at the customers expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.
Tracking Notifications
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.
Parcels Damaged In Transit
If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with next steps.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates vary depending on the shipping method you choose, the weight and dimensions of the item(s) you have ordered, and your location. You can see the shipping rates for each shipping method during the checkout process. When you shop at ARTRIMO stores, your orders are sent to the address you purchased with our contracted cargo companies. Shipping is free up to 5 Volumetric Weights. Different shipping charges are defined according to the volumetric weight of the products you add to the cart. You can see this amount in the cart before your order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer. You can contact us for fast shipping option.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, and other charges which are the responsibility of the customer.
We pay customs fees for Canada, United Kingdom, and Eurozone countries. For other countries, DUTY CHARGES can be charged on INTERNATIONAL shipments. ARTRIMO could not be held accountable for those charges. please contact your state/country department for more info.
Information Notes
- The price subject to the offer has been given based on the container, weight, size and zip code information you have specified, and if there is a change in this information, the price will also change. Pricing in express service is made according to the weight that is heavier in the comparison of gross weight and volumetric weight. Volumetric weight: It is calculated as Width x Length x Height (cm) / 5000.
- +85 €uro is added to the shipping fee in the basket for each piece of your shipment whose actual or volumetric weight exceeds 70 kg and/or one dimension exceeds 120 cm.
- If the real or volumetric weight of your shipment is less than 68 kg; And if the longest edge exceeds 274 cm, the additional price is given over 68 desi before the basket.
- Prices per kilo applied in the range of 31-3000 kg cannot be applied if the shipment is under 31 kg or weighing more than 3000 kg.
- If the piece weight of your shipment does not exceed 300 kg and/or the size of one dimension does not exceed 300 cm and the weight per AWB is below 3000 kg, we can transport it as DHL Express. (If the conditions are met, the volumetric weight may be over 3000 kg)
- +20 €uro will be reflected on the invoice if the destination or the place where your shipment will be received is a remote point. You can check whether DHL Express has delivery and collection service from this link.
- In countries with Elevated Risk (Afghanistan, Burundi, Iraq, Libya, Mali, Niger, Syria and Yemen) +20 Euro will be reflected on the invoice.
- In countries covered by Restricted Destinations (Central African Republic, Republic of Congo, Eritrea, Iran, Iraq, North Korea, Liberia, Libya, Somalia, Syria and Yemen), + 30 Euros will be reflected on the invoice only for package shipments.
- For parcel shipments to Iraq, Syria, Libya and Yemen, 20 + 30 = 50 Euros will be reflected on the invoice in addition to the sales price, since the country is covered by both.
- If the DTP (Duties Taxes Paid) service is marked on the bill of lading, 18 Euros will be reflected on the invoice.
Insurance
Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.
