Cancellation Policy:
The making of a down payment or issuing a signed PO constitutes a non- revocable contract. All orders are final. You may cancel your order for any reason and receive a full refund if you contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. If you wish to cancel your order after 24 hours of placing it, we may still be able to cancel your order and provide a refund, but we cannot guarantee this. Change Of Delivery Address
For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.
Refund Policy:
- ARTRIMO will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us within 14 days of receipt of item and are returned to us in original packaging, unused and in resellable condition. Return shipping will be paid at the customers expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping. We will refund the value of the goods returned, but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.
- If you receive a defective or damaged product, if you receive a product that is not as described on our website, if you change your mind about your purchase and wish to return it. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the SELLER must be notified in writing by registered mail, fax or e-mail within 14 (fourteen) days from the date you receive your order, and the product must not be used within the framework of the provisions of the "Products for which the Right of Withdrawal cannot be exercised" regulated in this contract. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. If we have made a mistake on your order, we cover all shipping costs for returns. Otherwise, the buyer is responsible for return and exchange payments regarding all shipping costs.
Warranty Returns; Artrimo will happily honor any valid warranty claims, provided a claim is submitted within 30 days of receipt of items. Upon return receipt of items for warranty claim, you can expect Artrimo to process your warranty claim within 7 days.Once warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of:
Refund to your payment method ( We will refund you as soon as we receive your item, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Shipping costs if applicable are non-refundable.)
A replacement item sent to you (if stock is avaliable)
- Customers will be required to pre-pay the return shipping for change of mind, however we will reimburse you upon successful warranty claim. We will ask you to provide photos or videos of the defective or damaged product, and we will work with you to arrange for a return or exchange.
- The buyer will inspect the contracted goods/services before receiving them; dented, broken, torn packaging, etc. damaged and defective goods/services will not be received from the cargo company. The received goods/services shall be deemed to be undamaged and intact. The BUYER has to carefully protect the goods/services after delivery. If the right of withdrawal is to be used, the goods/services should not be used. The invoice must be returned along with the product. Please note that we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for products that have been used or opened unless they are defective or damaged. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
- The invoice of the product delivered to the 3rd person or the BUYER, (If the invoice of the product to be returned is corporate, it must be sent with the return invoice issued by the institution when returning. Order returns whose invoices are issued on behalf of the institutions cannot be completed unless a RETURN INVOICE is issued.
- Return form, The products to be returned must be delivered complete and undamaged, together with the box, packaging and standard accessories, if any.
- If there is a decrease in the value of the goods due to the BUYER's fault or if the return becomes impossible, the BUYER is obliged to compensate the SELLER's losses at the rate of the BUYER's fault. However, the BUYER is not responsible for the changes and deteriorations that occur due to the proper use of the goods or products within the period of the right of withdrawal.
- In case of falling below the campaign limit amount set by the SELLER due to the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the discount amount used within the scope of the campaign is canceled.
- It is not possible to exercise the right of withdrawal in accordance with the Regulation regarding “Custom Design Order” that are started to be executed with the approval of the consumer.

Damages and issues
Please check your order upon receipt and if the item is defective, damaged or received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate and correct the problem.
If the purchased product is not payable
If the Buyer does not pay the price of the purchased product or cancels it in the bank records, the Seller's obligation to deliver the product ends.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain product types are special products that are not refundable. We do not accept return for special orders or personalized products. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your custom item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will process your refund within 30 days of receiving the returned product. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method used to make the purchase.Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
